Spacers can only be used with wheels that have cut-outs (facing the hub) to clear the stock studs. Please check as follows: Original stud length (i.e. 35mm) minus spacer-thickness (i.e. 25mm) = 10mm excess stud length. The cut-out should have a depth of 11mm.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders will be submitted to one of our many warehouses as soon as possible and undergo a secondary fitment check. If there are any issues the customer will be notified within 1 business day of the order being placed. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer as soon as the shipment has left the warehouse. For any seasonal delays please refer to the Seasonal Delays section at the top.

 

Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to an alternate address. If you have an account with us, you can simply select an address from your account, just sign in during the checkout process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

 

Tracking Your Order

To Track your order status, you can Log in or Create an Account with the same e-mail address as your order and see exactly where in the process your order is. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail once your order has been fully processed and another email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Refused Shipments

Any shipment of wheels or tires, which is refused on delivery, will be returned to the facility from which it was shipped. All charges incurred will be deducted from the client’s refund unless otherwise granted exception by a member of AutoPartsPalace.com management.

 

Special Orders

For estimated shipping times and special-order fees please contact our team by email at support@AutoPartsPalace.com with the part number you are looking to purchase and your shipping address. If you have placed an order already, you will be notified of the estimated arrival time for the order as well as any additional shipping fees before any special order is submitted to the manufacturer.  

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We do our absolute best to make returns hassle-free for you. 

Returns must be initialed within 30 days of order delivery.
In order to return a product, please contact us to send a return label OR Login to your customer account and click on the specific order to initiate a return.

We ask that products be shipped back in the same state as they were originally received within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not charge a Restocking Fee. However, what party bears the cost of Return Shipping is based on the circumstance as outlined below:

  • Correct Item Received/Buyer's Remorse - Customer covers the cost of return shipping
  • Incorrect Items & Items Damaged in transit -  We cover the cost of Return Shipping

ALL Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be credited to the original method of payment within 2-3 Business days of receiving a return. Please allow up to 10 Business days for the refund to reflect in your statement of account.  

All products sold by AutoPartsPalace.com have a manufacturers’ limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the manufacturers’ control. All warranties applicable are listed within the Product Details section under any specific product.

Warranty requests submitted to AutoPartsPalace will be submitted to the manufacturer by AutoParts Palace on behalf of the consumer. All requirements and conditions of a warranty claim are at the discretion of the manufacturer. All claims will be approved or denied at the discretion of the manufacturer. AutoParts Palace cannot override the warranty decision made by the manufacturer in any scenario.
